Ajuloopin offers scholarship to JAMB high scorers from his constituency

The member representing Ekiti, Isin, Irepodun and Oke-Ero Federal Constituency of Kwara, Tunji Olawuyi, popularly known as Ajuloopin, has congratulated the duo of Victor Olusola Olukayode and Victor Oluwafemi Aransiola for achieving an outstanding score of 362 and 340 respectively out of 400 in the just conducted Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination.


The lawmaker, in a statement on Thursday, said at a time when just 8,401 out of over 1.8 million representing 0.5 per cent of candidates scored 300 and above in the just concluded UTME, the duo made the constituency proud by achieving this beautiful feat.

Olawuyi, who is the Chairman House Committee on Humanitarian Affairs, Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), Migrants and Refugees, said for their outstanding performances, he would sponsor their university education provided it is a federal university anywhere in Nigeria.

He said their achievements are a testament to the huge investment in education in the state by the administration of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, who he said prioritised the future of Kwara’s children through education.

“This remarkable feat demonstrates Olukayode and Aransiola’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, hard work, and perseverance. 

“Their exceptional performance is a testament to their intellectual prowess and dedication to achieving greatness.

“We are incredibly proud of your outstanding achievements.

“Their scores are a reflection of their tireless efforts and passion for learning. We are confident that they will continue to excel in their academic pursuits and make a positive impact in their future endeavors,” Olawuyi said.

Olukayode and Aransiola’s achievements serve as an inspiration to their peers and a shining example of what can be accomplished through determination and hard work. “

Victor Olusola Olukayode, born 15 years ago, is a native of Omu-Aran, the headquarters of Irepodun Local Council of the state while Victor Oluwafemi Aransiola hails from Isanlu in Isin Local Councl. Both are products of His Grace College, Sabo Oke, Ilorin.
