Real Warri Pikin, Amida, Burale, others to speak at UR³ conference Saturday

Stephanie ‘StephREDD’ Kadiri, a certified identity & communication coach, trainer, and speaker, will host the 2024 edition of her annual Unveil, Review, Redefine & Relaunch (UR³) conference on January 19 and 20. The UR³ conference is a resilience summit that aims to empower participants to excel in their chosen fields and lead purposeful lives.

The event provides a platform for achievers and would-be achievers to connect with mentors and proteges. At Alliance Francaise Lagos, the summit creates a meeting point between achievers and aspiring achievers, mentors and proteges.

Themed “Navigating & Evolving Beyond Disruption”, this year’s UR³ conference is designed for individuals and organisations interested in career development, entrepreneurship, aspiring leadership, or are members of the general society and want to effectively navigate through the rapid disruption of life. The conference aims to help them reposition and reinvent themselves, their careers, and their businesses for optimal productivity so that they can thrive.

The previous edition boasted over two hundred physical and online participants, with testimonials from the 2023 edition still pouring in from attendees who found the summit beneficial. Participants can read more and register at https://ur3.stephredd.com.

In its tradition of excellence, UR³ 2024 will feature men and women with proven track records of impeccable achievements across diverse sectors, including coaching, banking, manufacturing, politics, education, entrepreneurship, comedy, media, and the entertainment industry. They include president of the Global Speakers Federation, Charlotte Kemp; renowned Nigerian entertainer Anita Asuoha, popularly known as “Real Warri Pikin”; CEO of Pan African Towers, Azeez Amida; Executive Leadership Coach, Laila St Matthew-Daniel; accomplished actress, producer, director and acting coach, Ronya Man; Certified Professional Transformational Coach and Trauma-Informed Care Specialist, Dr. Irene Titilola Olumese; Empathetic Counsellor and Leadership Coach, Akanimo Ekong; profound speaker, political strategist and Creativity-Awareness Educator, Michaell Magrutsche; Certified Coach, Speaker, Trainer, Business Consultant, Mounfiq Raiyan Abu; Image & Business consultant, Public Relations Specialist, Robert Burale; author and executive coach, Richard Osibanjo, among others.

With over 18 years of combined experience in human resources and coaching, UR³ convener Stephanie Kadiri “StephREDD” has built an impressive resume, guiding people across diverse industries through the peaks and troughs of life and career.

“We conceptualised a meeting that will help individuals and organizations who have experienced loss and failure of any form to redirect their life compass towards hope, survival and inspiring wins,” said StephREDD. Speaking on the rationale behind the event, she revealed that UR³ is an avenue to ignite a commitment to self-reinvention for personal fulfillment and societal impact.

“The UR³ was birthed from that pain of a job loss. When I came out of the rubble, wielding coaching and therapy as a significant sword and shield, I considered that there might be many people who life may have happened to, in whatever form of disruption but are yet to find their feet to progressively engage and thrive regardless.”

According to her, the 2024 edition of UR³ is unique not just because it marks half a decade of the summit but because it will deeply instruct attendees on how to build in, through, and beyond the storm, especially at this time where many are finding the country and continent more challenging than before due to economic hardship and high cost of living.

“Life will always happen and only the resilient can survive and succeed. So, UR³ is here to reinforce the significance of resilience in today’s ever-evolving landscape. Since the maiden edition in 2020, our focus has been offering participants resilience strategies, progressive coping mechanisms and psychosocial support.”
The 5th UR³ Resilience Summit will host speakers from across Africa and Europe at the Alliance Française Ikoyi Lagos. Online attendees can join from anywhere in the world via live streaming. Interested participants can still secure a spot for the summit at https://ur3.stephredd.com.
